Delivery Times & Costs

We aim to despatch stocked items the same day, however, for standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days for your items to arrive to avoid any disappointment. 

Standard UK Delivery is via Royal Mail at costs £4.45, although during certain promotional periods there will be no charge.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail second class recorded post and will require a signature on delivery.

In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and we will provide an estimated due date of when we can get the product to you or we can issue you with a full refund.

EU delivery

Standard European delivery will cost £10.00 and will be a tracked and signed for service.

Please allow 7 - 21 days for arrival

Worldwide Delivery

Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £12.50 and will be a tracked and signed for service.

Please allow 15 - 21 days for arrival 


In order to be environmentally friendly we aim to re-use and recycle packaging as much as possible. Please don't be surprised if some of the packing is re-purposed! 

Returns (online orders only)

For store bought items please refer to the terms and conditions on your receipt. 

We do get it. There are times when something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we will accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, or being available for collection we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 28 days of having received the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds or exchanges including:

  • Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
  • Underwear must be returned with all seals and labels still attached. Please note that due to reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns on Bodies, Thongs and Briefs.
  • Earrings if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.
  • Face coverings if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Want to exchange an item?

We can offer free exchanges, whether in the shop or online.  Need a different size or colour of an item? Just get in touch with us: and we can work something out. Any exchanges must be made within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, available for collection or you have purchased from our shop.

Returning a faulty or incorrect item? 

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item or incorrect item.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. If you’re not able to create a return, please get in touch with us at the shop and we will gladly help you further. 

Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.

Once we have received your return we will do our standard checks of the item and will aim to refund you within 1-3 days. Please bear in mind once we have processed the refund it can take anywhere between 3-10 days to reach your account, in some cases it can take longer. If you are unsure if we have refunded you please send us an email or call one of the shops and we can assist you further.
