Delivery Times & Costs
We aim to despatch items the same day, however, for standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days for your items to arrive to avoid any disappointment.
Standard UK Delivery is £3.95 and free on all orders over £50.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail second class recorded post and will require a signature on delivery.
In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and we will provide an estimated due date of when we can get the product to you or we can issue you with a full refund.
Standard European delivery will cost £8.50 and will be a tracked and signed for service.
Please allow 7 - 21 days for arrival
Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £12.50 and will be a tracked and signed for service.
Please allow 15 - 21 days for arrival
In order to be environmentally friendly we aim to re-use and recycle packaging as much as possible. Please don't be surprised if some of the packing is re-purposed!
While we are sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange any earrings.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply drop us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org
You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel.
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
